The San Jose IBM PC Club monthly meetings are held at  the IBM Silicon Valley Lab, 555 Bailey Avenue, San Jose, CA in Cafeteria Room K222 at 5 PM on the second Tuesday of each month.

When you drive to the IBM Silicon Valley Lab, turn right (north) at the first (east) entrance and stop at the security gate.  Note that tailgating through the security gate is not permitted and is a security violation.   Use your IBM employee badge to raise the gate, or if you are an IBM Retiree, call security on their phone, identify yourself as an IBM PC Club member, and proceed when the gate is raised.  Due to our lack of access to the lobby, please drive toward the rear of the building complex for about .4 miles, take the next left after the sign,  RECEIVING SERVICES, and park near the loading dock that is recessed and contains emergency vehicles.

Walk to the door to the right of the loading dock.  Use your IBM employee badge to open the door, or if you are an IBM retiree, call security with the phone on the wall to have the door opened if necessary.  Proceed straight ahead until you reach the security operations center.  Sign in as a guest attending the PC Club meeting.  You will receive a guest sticker badge.  Then proceed down the hall to the first left after the security area and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor, and follow the signs to Cafeteria Room K222.

To reach the IBM Silicon Valley Lab, 555 Bailey Avenue, San Jose, CA 95114, use one of the following paragraphs of driving instructions.  Note that the IBM Silicon Valley Lab is the only building complex in an area of undeveloped land.

San Jose International Airport - Exit airport to signs for 101 South. Follow 101 South for approximately 14 miles to the Bailey Avenue exit.  Then turn right onto Bailey Avenue, and continue for 2 miles to IBM on the right.

S.F./Peninsula - 101 South towards San Jose.  Continue south through San Jose about 6 miles south of the 680/280 exchange to the Bailey Avenue exit.  Then turn right onto Bailey Avenue, and continue for 2 miles to IBM on the right.

Oakland/East Bay - 880 South towards San Jose. Exit 101 South towards Los Angeles. Continue South on 101 for approximately 10 miles to the Bailey Avenue. exit.  Then turn right onto Bailey Avenue, and continue for 2 miles to IBM on the right.

Walnut Creek / Pleasanton - 680 South towards San Jose. Exit 101 South towards Los Angeles.
Continue South on 101 for approximately 6 miles to the Bailey Avenue. exit.  Then turn right onto Bailey Avenue, and continue for 2 miles to IBM on the right.

Morgan Hill / Gilroy / Salinas / Monterey - 101 North towards San Jose. Take the Bailey Avenue. exit.  Then turn left onto Bailey Avenue, and continue for 2 miles to IBM on the right.
